Game exe dissapears when trying to run game.

As the title says, when i click on the game to start i up, it will briefly flash an error message and the exe will delete itself from the folder.

I have checked my antivirus and firewall, but for some reason i cant find the game under them to even give access to start game to start up.
Is there anywhere specific that i need to look? This is a little frustrating, seeing that before this update the game opened up just fine a few updates ago, now it wont. If there's a step by step way to fix this please tell me, i would like to play.
