When you enter the game, you agree to follow the following rules.

This game is rated PG-13, what does this mean?
Answer: Its indicating that admission will be granted to persons of all ages but that parental guidance is suggested in the case of children under the age of 13.
This means players under the age of 13 CAN and are ALLOWED to play the game, but should have parental guides.
Why is it PG-13 and not GA? We cant guarantee that any general audiences wont experience situations that are clearly above the rating. So to stay on the save side, we have to keep it PG-13 along with STRICT rules. Since mature topics, cussing, swearing etc. were always forbidden and never allowed, we wont rise the rating.
Rules
1. Do not attempt to imitate/impersonate any users. This includes moderators and administrators, of course. Dont tell others you are a mod or admin when you simply arent one.
3. Think of good behavior. The offending or threatening of other users is not tolerated. You have to respect every user, no matter what happens.
4. No unambiguous sexual activities or allusions to any of the public maps and chats, whether it's a roll or not. Using animations to represent e.g. Rape is by no means tolerated.
If you need to write something like this, please do it in Partychat or in your own map.
5. Watch your language. The game should be fun and we do not want other people to be hurt by comments or the sentences can hardly be deciphered. Of course, this point also refers to FIG.
Cursing/cussing/swearing is also not allowed.
6. Respect each other. No matter what country you come from, how old you are, whatever gender you have, which religion, sexuality or skin color: Everybody is welcome here as long as the rules are observed.
7. If you have problems with a user, do not try to solve it on your own, but turn to a moderator or admin. First, you can block the affected person and report it to the team, with a screenshot as a good idea , So that we do not punish anyone unjustly.
8. If a mod or admin requires you to change your behavior in relation to the other users, you have to do it.
9. Chat is not allowed to spam.
10. If you need help, you should ask in the forum, since it is usually not possible to directly help ingame. If you want to try it, do not ask constantly, even if no one can help.
11. The game is largely public. Nevertheless, there are regulations in some countries which say that we can no longer accept liability for you. If there are rules in your country that limit you in the use of games and the Internet, your parents are liable for everything that has to do with our game.
We are not responsible for you if you break these rules or your parents do not ask.
12. It is not permitted to modify official game files. However, if the changes affect only your game and do not interfere with other users, we will tolerate it in most cases. If the changes affect other players, however, you will be permanently banned. This includes, in particular, flying without wings (which is also possible without changes to the file) and "hovering" (placing collboxes in the air).
13. We welcome all nationalities, but please use only English in the official chats (general and local).
If you want to talk in another language, please change into a Partychat. This is not to annoy you in any way, but we want General / Lokal to be readable for everyone and in the ideal case everyone should be able to understand some English.
14. If you are banned or kicked, it has a reason and you should be able to handle it. Any drama that is being organized is not tolerated. Our team does not bark or kick for fun. But if you want to talk about the Ban, you can send an admin in the forum a message.
15. Do not give private information.
16. It is forbidden to break any local, national or other rules and laws of your country with using the game.
17. Begging, acting (with money) and advertising is not permitted in the game. You can accept commissions for drawings or other in the forum (over PNs) however it is forbidden to make money with the game content.
18. It is not allowed to modify and / or hack the official IT files.
19. The distribution of illegal things in the game, as well as in the forum, is forbidden.
20. Lies are not allowed here and we should know the truth when there is some kind of problem. Lying makes you unbelievable and we probably would not believe it so quickly. (Remember the story of the shepherd boy and the wolf)
21. Do not share any copyright-protected files, nor use them in any way. If we should catch you as you pass files from our IT, you must be able to prove that you have the permission to do so. If you can not prove this, you will most likely be banned.
22. It is not allowed to use any files of our game in other IT versions or other games unless you have received the clear "Okay" from Tigg.
23. It is not allowed to take this IT to a new server.
24. During the game or the visit to the forum, it is not permitted to have any software running, which affects the gameplay, the game itself, the server, the user or the forum in any way.
25. Do not report other users without a good reason and always think of a screenshot as proof.
26. You agree to accept future updates in the game, even if you do not like them.
27. Do not consider a map as your property, not even a small part. If you want to have your own space for your group, you can create your own maps.
28. For example, if you want to use the heightmaps of official maps for your own, you need to get the explicit "Okay" from the creator and give credit in your map download.
29. Do not disturb others on RPGs. These include especially the race in the middle of the group, talking to General with them or begging for a place in the RPG. If, however, you only have to go through the map, try to run around the group.
30. If you hunt, you must accept that already attacked animals do not belong directly to you. Anyone can attack on the maps of any animal. Just because you attacked it first, you do not have the right to the animal.
31. Items that have been dropped by animals are not automatically yours, even if you killed the animal. The item belongs to you, if you can. As long as the object lies on the ground, everyone can lift it up and keep it.
We know that the hunt for items can be exhausting, but there are only pixels.
It is necessary that you follow these rules.
Otherwise, the punishment for breaking these rules can range from a normal kick to a ban of indefinite duration.
